Job Title: ColdFusion Web Developer

The web developer will assist the team lead in designing, developing and maintaining the company websites and company portals.     Job Title: Database Administrator

    The Database Administrator's primary function is to support Sterling’s internal servers, systems, and staff by maintaining a stable and secure application backend. This is accomplished through reactive troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and by safeguarding the security of the databases and systems from malicious attacks, both internal and external.

    Job Title: Implementation Process Associate

  • The Implementation Process Associate’s role is to complete the day to day responsibilities connected with the set-up, ordering, and/or retrieval of third party products to ensure the highest quality service is received. The Associate will also implement and acclimate all sales channels to Sterling’s products, policies and procedures through the sales partner boarding processes and procedures.

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation tasks required to board new merchants using Datacap products.
  • Perform the required implementation tasks to board new sales reps to the Sterling platform.

  • Be a point of contact for new sales partners for a period of 45 days. Respond to all communications in a timely manner.
  • Document and escalate sales partner’s needs as required.
  • Validate contractual documentation for accuracy, i.e. signatures, correct business name and most revised version levels before presenting to management for sign-off.
